1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FlipZip.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Products and Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes
- We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice
- Products are subject to availability
- Product images are representative; minor variations may occur
3. Orders and Payment
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (online) or order acceptance (COD)
- We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery
- FlipZip reserves the right to cancel orders if payment verification fails
4. Delivery
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days across India
- Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees
- Free delivery on orders above ₹499; ₹49 delivery charge below
- FlipZip is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use FlipZip for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, or to interfere with the operation of the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on FlipZip.io — including logos, images, text, and software — is the property of FlipZip and protected by copyright laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
FlipZip's maximum liability for any claim is limited to the order value paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of West Bengal, India.
Shipping Policy
Delivery Timeframes
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 cities (Jaipur, Pune, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, etc.): 3–5 business days
- Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote/Rural areas: 5–10 business days
Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹499: FREE delivery
- Orders below ₹499: ₹49 flat shipping fee
- Use coupon FLIPFREE for free shipping on any order
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM). Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking number. Use it to track your package on our Order Tracking page.
Multiple Items
If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different locations. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, in original packaging with all tags
- We arrange free reverse pickup from your doorstep
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days after return pickup
How to Initiate a Return
To return a product, please email returns@flipzip.io with your order number and reason for return. Our team will schedule a pickup within 24 hours.
Refund Process
- Online payments: Refunded to original payment method within 5–7 business days
- COD orders: Refunded to your bank account (NEFT) within 7–10 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Perishable items (food products, consumables)
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you received a damaged or wrong product, please email support@flipzip.io with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible (return policy applies)
- To cancel, go to My Orders and click "Cancel Order", or email cancel@flipzip.io
Refund on Cancellation
- Prepaid orders: Full refund within 2–5 business days to original payment method
- COD orders: No payment has been made, so no refund needed
FlipZip Cancellations
In rare cases, we may need to cancel your order if:
- The product is out of stock
- Payment verification fails
- Delivery is not serviceable to your area
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
In such cases, you will receive a full refund and an email notification.
